CHRISTOPHER ZARA, Producer - Writer

Christopher Zara is a New York-based writer, critic and entertainment journalist.

Born in Trenton, New Jersey, he began his career in 1996, writing short plays for the Orlando comedy troupe Central City Live. In 2000, Christopher co-founded Sketchbook Productions with his brother, Fred, and has worked as a producer and screenwriter for the company ever since.

Christopher’s work has appeared in such magazines as MovieMaker, Dramatics, Stage Directions and Seattle magazine. He is currently the managing editor of Show Business Weekly, a trade paper covering New York City’s performing arts community.
